You may order online or by phone. While majority of our products are available to personalize, in the event you come across a design you are not able to personalize, let us know. It is a simple fix and we can get you on the path of ordering in no time. To get started, click on the green "PERSONALIZE" button on any product page. Some products may only show an "ADD TO CART" button. In that case, let us know and we can guide you in ordering.

It is very important that you provide your correct contact information when placing your order. There may be times we have questions and need to speak with you by phone or email. Please add customerservice at to your safe senders list in your email to ensure all communication is delivered to your inbox and to reduce the chance of it going to your spam/junk folder.

For each status change of your order, an email update will be sent. Please ensure to check you spam/junk folders if not receiving order updates. You may also check your order status on the website at anytime.

You will be given the option to receive a digital proof free of charge. We can only proof simple spelling, grammar, and etiquette. We will not correct names, dates, or event locations. The proof will be emailed for your approval or requested changes. If changes are requested, we will update your proof and send back for additional review. If you approve your proof and then find an error, please contact us immediately! While we strive to catch every mistake, please understand we cannot be responsible for errors on an order that has been approved by the customer.

If you do not wish to have a digital proof sent for approval, we will only check the design for any spacing, alignment and/or photo quality issues. If there is an obvious mistake at first glance, we may opt to make the correction or contact the customer to confirm; however, we cannot guarantee we will catch all mistakes. If you find an error after you order and did not request the proof, we are happy to make corrections for you if the order has not been printed.

In the event you find an error and your order has already been printed, we will do our best to get the order corrected and reprinted as quickly as possible; however, if the order has been printed, unfortunately a reprint fee will apply. We do offer greater discounts to save our customers as much as possible.

If Tickled Pink is the cause of an error or mistake, we will replace the order with no additional cost to the customer.

Our standard shipping carrier is the United States Post Office. If you desire that a different shipping carrier be utilized, we are happy to accomodate the best we can.

Standard processing for most orders is 1-2 business days from the day you order until the order is shipped out. If a digital proof is requested, it will be sent before the beginning of the next business day. Once approved, the processing time previously stated will begin.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your location. USPS Priority Mail transit time is typically 2-3 days. USPS Priority Mail Express is generally 1 day, unless otherwise stated as 2.

*Due to the nature of our business, receiving your order in a timely manner is absolutely understandable. However, there are rare occasions that we may experience delays in production and/or shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, Acts of God such as inclement weather (snow, ice, flooding, tornadoes, etc.) that may hinder our staff to safely arrive to work to process orders and/or delays with the shipping carrier once it leaves our facility. In the event such circumstances arise, we are always willing to help in any way possible within reason; and in return, we appreciate our customers' understanding and patience.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. As long as your order has not been printed, it is no problem to cancel and receive a full refund. If your order has been printed, only a partial refund may be given.

We are unable to accept returns nor honor exchanges on personalized items. However, we do want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please let us know as soon as you receive the order (within 7 business days of receipt). We are happy to help replace the order or issue a refund. If a replacement is sent, it will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order. Any additional costs for upgraded shipping requests will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tickled Pink Invites has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We highly suggest you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law: This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site and discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
