How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days after you order. If you chose to receive a digital proof, your order will ship the same or next business day after approval.

Do you offer expedited processing/shipping?
We do offer USPS Express Mail shipping which is a one day transit time to most locations. Any questions concerning rush processing and shipping, please contact us for further assistance.

Does it cost extra to personalize?
Personalization of the text on your invitation is absolutely free. If you desire to have custom color or design changes to the actual design; there is a $9.95 custom design fee. This may also add an additional 1-2 business days to the processing time to allow our designers to make the requested changes.

I would like to order blank stock. Is this possible?
Yes, of course. You will still go through the process as if you are personalizing by clicking on the green "PERSONALIZE" button. Then, click on "erase all the text". Next, click on "Proceed to Step 2" then continue the order process.

Will my invitation be proofread?
If you order the digital proof, we will check for simple grammatical and spelling errors. We will also check all spacing and alignment for all orders no matter if the proof is requested or not.

Am I limited to the number of changes I can make to my order?
No, there are not limits to the number of changes you can make. You can ask for as many changes as needed until you are happy with your invitation. We do have to make the changes for you, so your patience is appreciated. Emails are answered in the order they are received.

Is extra postage required?
Majority of our invitations will not require extra postage; one standard stamp is sufficient. Any square invitations will require additional postage. Please check with your local post office or usps.com for more details.
